Overview
Updates the Install applications flow in the English and Chinese Market manuals to match the app-details UI: open an app by double-clicking, configure RESOURCES when multiple accelerators are supported (dropdown, CPU/memory/disk/VRAM checks), then Get → Install with optional accelerator confirmation.
Adds a new FAQ, Errors in the RESOURCES section, documenting three inline install failures (missing accelerator, insufficient cluster resources on the chosen accelerator, quota limits).
Minor edits elsewhere: category list order, tightened navigation wording, and image/indent fixes. Accelerator screenshots remain HTML-comment placeholders pending assets.
